Shipping policy
Every Seventeen Mirrors order is delivered by our own team. No couriers, no freight networks. We deliver across Melbourne (CBD to Mornington) and from Brisbane to Coolangatta. Delivery is $100 flat, and free on orders over $800.
Where we deliver
Victoria: Melbourne, from the CBD to Mornington. Every mirror in the range.
Queensland: Brisbane to Coolangatta, including the Gold Coast. Sienna range only for now.
Your postcode is checked at checkout, so an order only goes through if we deliver to your area. Outside these areas? Email hello@seventeenmirrors.com.au and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
What delivery costs
$100 flat, any mirror, any size. Free on orders over $800. No surprise freight charges at checkout.
When your mirror arrives
In-stock mirrors are delivered within 5 to 10 business days. Once you order, we contact you directly to set a delivery window that suits you. Because we deliver ourselves, there's no tracking number to chase: you'll know exactly when we're coming.
Pre-order mirrors are from our next shipment, with the estimated delivery date shown on the product page (currently August 2026). We email you to book a delivery window as soon as your mirror lands. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order pieces, we deliver everything together unless you ask us to split it.
What "delivered by us" means
We bring your mirror, padded and upright, to your front door or ground-floor entrance. We don't carry it inside or up stairs, so for the larger pieces have a second set of hands ready to take it from there. Every delivery is handled by our own team from start to finish.
Damage on arrival
Check your mirror when it arrives. In the rare case it's been damaged on the way, email hello@seventeenmirrors.com.au within 72 hours with photos and your order number, and we'll put it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy and on the Returns & Warranty page.
