Every mirror in the range is in stock in Melbourne and ships within 2 business days. From there it's with the courier, tracked, so you can see every step.

Yes. Every delivery's tracked. You'll get the tracking number as soon as your mirror is on its way, and you can follow it the whole way to your door.

We deliver to your front door or ground floor entrance, not inside or up the stairs. The big pieces are heavy, so have a second set of hands ready to take yours from there.

Full dimensions in millimetres are on every product page. As a rough guide, a full length mirror wants 1700 mm of height or more. The larger arches suit a statement wall, and the smaller shapes suit entries and vanities. Our room-by-room sizing guide covers it in detail. Or email us a photo of your wall with rough measurements and we'll tell you what fits.

Framed mirrors come in Matte Black and Brushed Gold, with Antique Copper and White Satin on the Sienna and Cecelia. Frameless and LED mirrors are all glass, with a polished edge and no frame colour. Screens don't do the metallics justice, so the $5 swatch kit puts the finishes in your hand before you choose.

Yes. Every mirror ships with its bracket, wall plugs, fixings and the install guide, all in the box. Full length mirrors can hang flat or lean, as long as they're anchored to the wall so they can't tip.

Three of them are made for it. The Sofia, Alessia and Luisa bevelled mirrors hang tall or wide on the same bracket: Sofia is 1200 x 700 mm one way and 700 x 1200 the other, Alessia is 900 x 700 or 700 x 900, and Luisa is 1200 x 800 or 800 x 1200. Every other mirror hangs the way it's shown, and the full length mirrors hang or lean vertically, anchored so they can't tip.

Mount it to a solid wall with the bracket, wall plugs and fixings in the box. If you're leaning a full length mirror, anchor it so it can't tip. LED mirrors plug straight into a power point, so there's no wiring to arrange; hardwiring is optional, and that part's a licensed electrician's job. Yes, once they're anchored. Any large or leaning mirror needs to be fixed to the wall with the supplied fixings so it can't tip, the same rule safety regulators apply to tall furniture. Don't lean a large mirror unsecured, and keep the kids clear while you install. The installation guide walks you through it.

No. Every LED mirror in the range plugs into a standard power point, with an Australian plug already fitted, so hanging one is no different to hanging any other mirror. Hardwiring is optional, for when you'd rather the cord was gone, and that job does need a licensed electrician. If you hardwire, keep the electrician's invoice: you'll need it for a warranty claim on a hardwired mirror.

Yes, all of them, with one rule about where. Every mirror we sell, framed, frameless, bevelled and LED, is made for dry rooms and for a ventilated bathroom or ensuite, on a wall outside the shower screen. Keep any of them out of the shower itself. With an LED, keep it off the wall directly over a bath as well. LED mirrors plug into a standard power point, and if you'd rather the cord was gone, hardwiring is optional and that part's a licensed electrician's job.

A soft, damp cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Skip abrasive pads and harsh chemicals; they'll mark the glass and the finish. On LED mirrors, keep the cleaner away from the touch control.

Yes. Afterpay and PayPal Pay in 4 are both at checkout: four interest-free payments, and your mirror ships on the normal timeline.

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify with industry-standard encryption. We never see or store your card details.

Every mirror carries a 2 year warranty from the day it's delivered, covering manufacturing faults in the glass, frame, LED electrics and mounting hardware. The full terms are on the Returns & Warranty page.

We don't offer change-of-mind returns, because moving a large piece of glass across the country twice isn't practical for anyone. We'd rather get the choice right the first time: check the dimensions on the product page and ask us anything before you order. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.
