FAQs

Everything customers ask us, answered plainly. Can't find yours? Get in touch, we usually reply within one business day.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

Australia-wide. Every mirror leaves us packed padded, corner-protected and upright, and travels tracked to your door. Enter your postcode at checkout for a delivery estimate, or ask us.

How much does delivery cost?

$25 flat for any mirror, any size, anywhere in Australia. Free on orders over $600. The price is the same wherever you are.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Free pickup is available in Tullamarine (Melbourne) and Burleigh (Gold Coast). Add a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation, and we'll arrange a time that suits.

How long will my order take?

In-stock mirrors are dispatched within 2 business days, with tracking sent so you can follow yours to the door. Pre-order mirrors are estimated for August 2026, shown clearly on the product page.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. Every delivery is tracked. You'll get the tracking as soon as your mirror is on its way, and you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Do you carry the mirror inside?

Your mirror is delivered to your front door or ground-floor entrance, not carried inside or up stairs. The large pieces are heavy, so have a second set of hands ready to take yours from there.

Pre-orders

What is a pre-order?

Some mirrors are from our next shipment, estimated for August 2026. A pre-order secures yours now, and we'll email you a delivery window as soon as stock lands.

Can I cancel a pre-order?

Yes. Contact us any time before dispatch for a full refund.

Choosing your mirror

What size mirror should I buy?

Full dimensions in millimetres are on every product page. As a rough guide: full-length mirrors work best at 1700mm tall or more, statement walls suit the larger arches, and entryways and vanities suit the smaller wall shapes. Our room-by-room sizing guide covers it in detail, and you can always email us a photo of your wall with rough measurements and we'll tell you what fits.

What finishes are available?

Most styles come in black, white, gold and copper. Availability varies by mirror, so check the options on the product page.

Do the mirrors come with fixings?

Yes. Every mirror includes the fixings and wall plugs you need. Full-length styles can also be leaned, as long as the mirror is anchored to the wall so it can't tip.

How does the second mirror discount work?

Walls look better in pairs, so on any order of two or more mirrors the lowest-priced one is 30% off at checkout, automatically. No code needed. It stacks with your WELCOME10 first-order code, and where both apply the pair discount is applied first. Retail orders only, excludes trade pricing.

Installation and care

How do I install my mirror?

Mount to a solid wall using the supplied fixings and suitable wall anchors, and use a licensed electrician for hardwired LED models. Our step-by-step guide covers tools, placement and safe hanging.

Are large mirrors safe in a home with kids or pets?

Yes, when they're properly secured. Any large or leaning mirror must be anchored to the wall with the supplied fixings so it can't tip over, the same rule safety regulators apply to tall furniture. Never lean a large mirror unsecured, and keep children clear while you install. The installation guide walks you through getting it right.

Do LED mirrors need an electrician?

Hardwired LED mirrors must be installed by a licensed electrician under Australian wiring rules. Keep the invoice, as warranty claims on LED mirrors need proof of professional installation.

Are the mirrors suitable for bathrooms?

Framed and frameless mirrors are designed for dry indoor spaces: living rooms, bedrooms, entryways and hallways. Our LED mirrors are rated IP44, so they suit ensuite and bathroom walls outside the shower screen, not directly over a bath, with hardwired models installed by a licensed electrician.

How do I clean my mirror?

A soft, damp cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Skip abrasive pads and harsh chemicals, as they can mark the glass and the finish.

Payments

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Pay in 4 is available with Afterpay and PayPal at checkout: four interest-free payments, with your mirror delivered on the normal timeline.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Afterpay and PayPal. Every price is in Australian dollars and includes GST.

Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify with industry-standard encryption, and we never see or store your card details.

Warranty and returns

What if my mirror arrives damaged?

First, check the mirror itself, not just the box. A dinged carton with a perfect mirror inside is a win. If the mirror is damaged, email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos and your order number and we'll arrange a free replacement. You don't need to send the damaged mirror back. Details on the Returns & Warranty page.

What warranty do the mirrors have?

Every mirror has a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing faults in the glass, frame, LED electrics and mounting hardware. The full terms are on the Returns & Warranty page.

Can I return a mirror if I change my mind?

We don't offer change-of-mind returns, because moving large fragile glass twice isn't practical. We'd rather help you choose right the first time, so check the dimensions on the product page and ask us anything before you order. Your Australian Consumer Law rights always apply.

Trade

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. We work with interior designers, stylists and homewares retailers across Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. Details on the Trade page.
