Glass is our trade, and we've built our delivery around it. Getting your mirror safely to your door, anywhere in Australia, is ours to worry about, not yours.

Where we deliver

Australia wide. Every mirror leaves us padded and corner-protected, and travels tracked, so you can follow it to your door. Same price and same care, wherever you are.

Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available from us in Tullamarine, Melbourne, on Saturday mornings. Add a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation and we'll confirm a time.

What delivery costs

$25 flat, any mirror, any size, anywhere in Australia. Free on orders over $600. That's it. No surprise freight at checkout, and no "price on application" for the big pieces.

How it works

Every mirror in the range is in stock in Melbourne and dispatched within 2 business days, with tracking sent the moment yours is on its way.

Your mirror arrives padded and upright at your front door or ground-floor entrance. It isn't carried inside or up stairs, so for the larger pieces have a second set of hands ready to take yours from there.

Can't unbox straight away? Tell us when you order and we'll note your planned unboxing date.

How we protect your mirror

Mirrors are demanding to move, so we treat every one like the piece you'll look at for years: checked before it leaves us, packed to a strict standard, padded and corner-protected, and kept upright the whole way on a tracked service. Around Melbourne, we often deliver it ourselves.

Installing your mirror

Every mirror comes with the fixings and wall plugs you need, plus the guide in the box. Mount it to a solid wall, and anchor any leaning mirror so it can't tip. LED mirrors plug into a standard power point, with an Australian plug already fitted. Prefer the cord gone? Hardwiring is the optional route, and that job belongs to a licensed electrician.

Returns and warranty
