We are fragile-freight people. Glass is our trade, and getting your mirror safely to your door, anywhere in Australia, is ours to worry about, not yours.

Where we deliver

Australia-wide. Every mirror leaves us packed padded, corner-protected and upright, and travels tracked, so you can follow it to your door. Enter your postcode at checkout for a delivery estimate to your area, or get in touch and we'll help.

Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available in Tullamarine (Melbourne) and Burleigh (Gold Coast). Add a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation and we'll arrange a time that suits.

What delivery costs

$25 flat, any mirror, any size, anywhere in Australia. Free on orders over $600. That's it. No surprise freight charges at checkout, and no "price on application" for the big pieces.

How it works

In-stock mirrors are dispatched within 2 business days, with tracking sent the moment yours is on its way. Pre-order pieces are estimated for August 2026.

Your mirror arrives padded and upright at your front door or ground-floor entrance. It isn't carried inside or up stairs, so for the larger pieces have a second set of hands ready to take yours from there.

Can't unbox straight away? Tell us when you order and we'll note your planned unboxing date.

Pre-orders

Pieces marked pre-order are from our next shipment, estimated for August 2026. Order now to secure yours, and we'll email you to set a delivery day as soon as it lands. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order mirrors, your in-stock piece can ship now and the pre-order follows when it lands, or we can hold them to arrive together. One delivery charge covers both. Just tell us your preference.

How we protect your mirror

Mirrors are demanding to move, so we treat every one like the piece you'll look at for years: packed to a strict standard, padded and corner-protected, upright the whole way, on a tracked service. The fragile part of the trip is the part we have already worried about for you.

Installing your mirror

Every mirror comes with the fixings and wall plugs you need. Mount to a solid wall with suitable anchors, anchor any leaning mirror so it can't tip, and use a licensed electrician for hardwired LED models.

If something goes wrong

When your mirror arrives, check the mirror itself, not just the box. A dinged carton with a perfect mirror inside is a win. In the rare case the mirror has been damaged on the way, email hello@seventeenmirrors.com.au within 72 hours with photos and your order number, and we'll arrange a free replacement.
