Refund policy
Every Seventeen Mirrors piece is covered by a 2-year warranty from the day it's delivered. We don't offer change-of-mind returns, and if a mirror arrives damaged or develops a fault, we'll put it right. The full process lives on our Returns & Warranty page.
Damaged on arrival
Check your mirror at delivery, or as soon as you can. If it arrives damaged, email hello@seventeenmirrors.com.au within 72 hours with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement, and you don't need to send the damaged mirror back.
If you won't be able to unbox within 72 hours, tell us your planned unboxing date when you order and we'll note it against your delivery.
The 2-year warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing faults in materials and workmanship for 2 years from delivery: mirror glass faults, frame faults, LED electrical faults and supplied mounting hardware. It doesn't cover accidents or misuse after delivery, improper installation (including hardwired LED mirrors not installed by a licensed electrician, and leaning mirrors left unanchored), damage from abrasive or harsh chemical cleaners, or normal wear. Change of mind
We don't accept change-of-mind returns. Mirrors are large, fragile and expensive to move, and return freight both ways would end up built into every price. Measure carefully before you buy, and if you're unsure, email us a photo of your wall and we'll help you choose. Sale items are final sale on the same basis, except where they arrive damaged or develop a fault.
Refunds
Where a refund applies, it's processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Banks can take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
How to claim
Email hello@seventeenmirrors.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue, plus the electrician's invoice for LED claims. We usually reply within one business day. Seventeen Mirrors is operated by SEVENTEEN CO PTY LTD, ABN 76 688 814 431.
