Warranty

All Seventeen Mirrors products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What Is Covered

  • Defects in mirror glass (e.g. discolouration, delamination, silvering failure)
  • Frame defects (e.g. warping, finish peeling, structural failure under normal use)
  • LED electrical faults (e.g. LED failure, touch control malfunction, demister failure)
  • Mounting hardware defects

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, or negligence
  • Damage from improper installation (including LED mirrors not installed by a licensed electrician, and failure to secure a leaning mirror)
  • Damage from exposure to extreme environmental conditions
  • Damage from improper cleaning (use of abrasive or chemical cleaners)
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect function
  • Damage occurring after delivery that is not reported within 72 hours (covered under the Safe Delivery Guarantee, not warranty)

LED Mirrors, Important

LED mirrors must be installed by a licensed electrician. Warranty claims on LED mirrors may be declined if the mirror was not professionally installed. Keep your proof of installation (electrician invoice) for warranty purposes.

How to Claim

Contact us at hello@seventeenmirrors.com.au with your order number, date of purchase, photos clearly showing the defect, and for LED mirrors, proof of professional installation. We will assess your claim and offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Period

The 2-year warranty period begins on the date of delivery. If a product is repaired or replaced under warranty, the replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
