2. Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Afterpay. Your order is confirmed once payment is processed and you receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock or there is a pricing error on the website.

3. Pricing

We make every effort to ensure pricing on our website is accurate. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you before processing. You will have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Pre-Orders

Some products are available for pre-order. Estimated arrival dates are listed on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.

8. Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to display product colours and dimensions accurately. However, colours may appear differently on different screens. Dimensions listed are approximate and may vary by up to 5mm due to manufacturing tolerances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Seventeen Mirrors and is protected by Australian copyright law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seventeen Mirrors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Nothing in these terms limits liability under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

13. Discount Codes

Valid for 90 days from issue unless otherwise stated. Cannot be combined with other offers, redeemed for cash, or applied retrospectively. One code per order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when published on the website.
