How we deliver: glass, care, and the trip to your door
Glass is our trade, and the trip to your door is the part of it we plan hardest. Every mirror is checked before it leaves us, packed properly, and tracked the whole way. Here's how it works, and what to expect on the day.
How your mirror travels
Every mirror is checked before it leaves us, then packed padded, corner-protected and upright, in cartons made for glass, not for general freight. From there it travels tracked to your door, anywhere in Australia, and you can follow it the whole way.
If you're in or around Melbourne, there's a good chance we deliver it ourselves. When we do, we arrange a window with you directly, so your mirror arrives when you're actually home rather than when a run sheet says so.
Prefer to collect it yourself?
Free pickup is available in Tullamarine, in Melbourne's north west, on Saturday mornings. Add a note at checkout or reply to your order confirmation and we'll lock in a time. You'll see your mirror before you take it, and plenty of locals tell us that's exactly how they want it.
What it costs
Delivery is a flat $25 Australia wide, and free on orders over $600. No freight calculator surprises at checkout, and no price on application for the big pieces. The fine print lives on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Getting it inside
Delivery is to your front door or ground-floor entrance. The large pieces are heavy and genuinely a two-person move, so have a second set of hands ready for the stairs and the final placement. We'd rather say that here than have you discover it solo in a doorway.
Once it's home
Two habits keep a mirror perfect for years. Anchor it: leaning mirrors get fixed to the wall with the supplied fixings, every time, no exceptions, and the installation guide shows you how. Clean it gently: a soft damp cloth and mild glass cleaner, never abrasives, which can mark the glass and the finish.
